We will be upgrading to a new data processing system. We plan to be closed and our system will be offline Thursday, September 1 until Saturday, September 3 in order to change to our new system.
Virtual Branch, including Bill Pay, the mobile app, and PopMoney will be unavailable beginning 4:00pm on Tuesday, August 30th. We plan to restore VB, the app, and Bill Pay on Saturday, September 3rd. PopMoney will not be restored and there will be no replacement for it. If you pay bills using our online banking, please make other arrangements for your payments due from August 29th through September 3rd.
Please note: We will not be able to process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loans, electronic transactions or any other type of transaction, including balance inquiries, while the system is offline. Payroll deductions and loan payments may also be delayed but will be posted as close to on time as possible.
All members, including eStatement users, will receive a paper statement as of 8/31/22. Estatements will resume with the 9/30/22 statements. ***Current eStatement users may want to print off their available archived statements prior to 8/30/22. Previous month's eStatements will not be available once we bring Virtual Branch back online, and archiving will resume beginning with 9/30/22 statements. *** Statement copies are available from the credit union at a cost of $5.00 per statement copy.
